Aluminium Hydroxide Filler

Using aluminum hydroxide and unsaturated resin or methylphenylpropene resin to produce artificial agate or artificial marble.

Because the refractive index of aluminum hydroxide is very close to that of polyester resin (refractive index is 1.57), the artificial products have translucent and satisfactory visibility. And can produce different colors, patterns of artificial products. Compared with natural products, man-made products have many advantages, such as low cost, light weight and not easy to crack. Can be made into a variety of colors, specifications of products. Therefore, artificial marble is widely used in high-grade furniture, kitchen decoration, meeting table, board, decorative board, etc.

Aluminum hydroxide, which is usually used in artificial agate and marble, has the characteristics of high whiteness (> 95%), good crystal shape, moderate particle size D50 = 50um or 70UM.
